HOW DO I WASH THE HAIR?

We do not recommend frequent washing for any of our products.

Gently comb the hair through, wash using a mild sulphate free, moisturising shampoo (gently massaging - some even like to plait the hair and wash while in a loose plait) and squeeze out the excess water. Do NOT rub or twist the hair.

Apply conditioner and leave in - the more the hair is worn leave the conditioner in for longer to keep the locks looking luscious. Rinse the hair and pat dry with a towel. Spray leave in conditioner and allow to air dry. 

HOW SHOULD I STORE THE HAIR?

The best and the most popular way to store a wig is on a wig stand or mannequin. Not only does this help prevent your wig from becoming tangled or flat between wearing, but it also helps to maintain the style and shape of your wig intact. We recommend you store your wig in a clean, dry, dust-free space and avoid sources of high heat or flame. If you do not have a wig stand, always store your wig inside out and place it in a shoebox, or the box your wig comes in, or a satin bag or something similar.

We recommend clip in hair extensions and ponytails should be kept in a box or satin bag.

CAN I USE HEAT ON THE HAIR?

Yes, absolutely! All of our products are heat resistant means they can be styled to heat freely. Crafted from a high-quality premium '101' fibre, so they can be flat ironed, curled or straightened with any thermal styling tools up to 200 degrees heat.

CAN I DYE THE HAIR

No, our products should not be re-dyed or treated, as we have already coloured and treated them to achieve a beautiful and fuller colour. And so we can not be held liable if you decide to do so.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT WIG SIZE?

All our wigs have a cap with adjustable elastic, so the wig cap can be made bigger or smaller as required. Currently, we only offer one/universal size only.

HOW MANY PACKS FOR THE CLIP IN HAIR EXTENSIONS?

Most of our customers love the look of one pack, but if a fuller look is desired you may wish to try 2 packs

WHAT HAIR TYPE ARE THE PRODUCTS?

Our hair products are suitable for all hair types.

ARE THE OCLOUR SWATCHES AND PICTURES ACCURATE?

All colour swatches and images on our website are presented to give you a visual representation of colour options for each item. We use high-end cameras and technology to give you the best representation of our products. However, please note that representations may vary due to variable screen calibrations. Additionally, the phone or device you use may have an impact on how the colours appear. For example, Apple devices tend to make colours appear slightly warmer.

CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?

Yes of course, if you have a valid discount code please enter this at the checkout. Please make sure you copy the code exactly as stated including capitals letters, no spaces - should you have any problems please contact us.

WHERE CAN I GET A DISCOUNT CODE?

We offer a welcome discount to everyone who signs up to our email marketing - we then offer discounts throughout the year to our subscribes and also on site - stay tuned!

DO YOU OFFER STUDENT DISCOUNT?

Yes we do - to apply simply follow to register here with your country you study in and your student email.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

If you change your mind, you may return your items within 14 days. The items must be in their original packaging and not have been worn (this is subject to 14 days cooling off period). Please email hello@hair-couture.co.uk for further returns information. Whilst we hope all our items exceed your expectations, after 14 days, we will not accept any goods for returns and refunds unless the item is deemed faulty. Please email hello@hair-couture.co.uk for the complaints procedure.
